Seattle Architectural Photography | MADRONA RESIDENCE

Recently I made some photographs of a residence in the Madrona neighborhood of Seattle for the new website of Bennett Lavacot Architecture. The interior design was by Robin Chell Design. The owners of the house was thinking of moving to a new house they were going to build and were in discussion for the new design. After a fire destroyed some of the old house they were persuaded to rebuild on the same lot and this wonderful home was the result of the work of David and Kim of Bennett Lavacot Architecture and the owners of the property.

The first floor has this great open floor plan from the front where the living room through the dining room to the kitchen which opens into a private courtyard.

A marvelous detail of the fireplace.

The first floor powder room.

Stairs going up the the second level.

Above two images are from the master suite bathroom .
Below are two photos showing the private interior courtyard behind the kitchen, top and bottom off the media room. Architectural photography by Seattle Photographer Daniel Sheehan Photography specializing in architectural photography, photojournalism, portraits for publications, corporations, and photojournalistic Seattle wedding photography.

All in all a great place in a beautiful neighborhood.
