Prague Snowfall | Hradcany Castle Orchard

We were having a wonderful warm winter up until a week or so with temperatures in the 50’s and 60’s F due to El Nino. Now winter has returned and although it is not as cold and snowy as last year, it is still not what I would like to have going on out there. It remind me of the winter a few years ago when I visited some old friends in Prague and I went out in the snow to make some panoramas. The one above may be my favorite but the one below of the Charles Bridge with almost no one on it is a rare sight indeed. Usually it is covered with tourists and artists looking to paint portraits of tourist. On this day. the snow and wind and cold temperatures kept most people indoors.
